Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
    • Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
    • Manage social media presence and online advertising campaigns.
  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze sales and marketing data to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and marketing initiatives.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Gather customer feedback to improve products/services and customer satisfaction.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
