About the Job
JNT Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales efforts. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share. This role emphasizes mentorship, scaling the sales team, and fostering collaboration with our marketing and project management teams to achieve revenue goals and support company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all service areas, including custom websites and custom app development.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Project Management teams to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and project execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Foster a sales culture that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and JNT’s service offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the SaaS and/or marketing industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and project management teams.
- Experience in developing sales processes and training programs.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
Business Growth Specialist
Summary:
This role will be responsible for hands-on sales efforts, focusing on building and expanding our customer base. This role requires a motivated self-starter who excels in face-to-face interactions, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, with the ambition to scale their efforts and eventually take on a leadership role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Sales Initiatives:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through field visits, networking, and events.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
Strategic Growth and Scaling:
- Work on scaling sales operations by developing efficient sales processes and identifying areas for growth.
- Contribute to the development of long-term sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Aim to build and eventually manage a team that can replicate and expand on successful sales efforts.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products/services and customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, particularly in direct or outside sales.
