GP IDEA Gets An Idea For Web
Great Plains Interactive Distance Education Alliance was founded in 1994, created with the mission to serve learners by offering online, flexible and affordable instruction for a virtual community of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Along with lead institution Kansas State University, GP IDEA is teamed up with 19 other public universities across the United States to educate those studying Human Sciences and Agriculture. In 2017, the business collaborated with JNT to build a custom web design, custom web application, and create a video series.

The Embassy Landscape Group was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Riverside, Missouri. The LLC was created with the mission to provide exceptional service that builds value by creating, improving, protecting, and maintaining natural environments. In 2020, the business wanted to create a new custom website to refresh their company image, incorporate easier navigation tools, integrate user-friendly features, and update images. Providing top-quality videos for their customers is important to Embassy Landscape Group because incorporating visual representations is a good way to communicate engagement and movement on a website.
Wildcat Fitness & Fun Gets Moving With Their Website
A locally-owned Manhattan staple since 1993, Wildcat Fitness & Fun has provided the community with quality fitness facilities and great outdoor fun. With their location renovations in 2019 the business decided it was time to include a refresh to their website. Now they have an updated, user-friendly website for community members to find everything they need. Supporting other local businesses is important which is why Wildcat Fitness & Fun has been a continuous sponsor of our Empower Internship, allowing our interns to network with the local business and with each other utilizing their outdoor fun activities.
Kistner's Flowers Begins the New Year Blooming
As one of Manhattan’s longest-running locally owned businesses, Kistner’s Flowers has provided the community with floral arrangements for a number of occasions for over 75 years. While locally-owned businesses in the area – and all over the nation – faced deficits over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic shut down, Kistner’s Flowers used the time as a chance to do a full rebrand.
